Often, even top-performing employees promoted to supervisors do not possess the leadership acumen required to be successful in that role which can result in poor factory performance and increased turnover.

Shop floor supervisors play a critical role in shaping the work environment and promoting company values, which is essential for fostering a positive company culture and achieving success. Inadequate managerial skills among supervisors in manufacturing can lead to operational issues, decreased productivity, and increased costs, negatively affecting the company's financial performance and reputation.

Leveraging our 30+ years of manufacturing experience and operational leadership success, we’ve created TBM’s Supervisor Academy. This training is designed to equip supervisors with the skills needed for effective production management that sets the pace for organizational performance.  This training focuses on essential areas of leadership, employee engagement, process improvement, KPI measurement and continuous improvement ensuring new and upcoming supervisors are primed to drive daily business outcomes that contribute to overall company financial goals.
